Overview

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers who make a purchase at BridgeBUILT.com. If you have any questions please contact our customer service team at team@bridgebuilt.com.

Order Processing Time

Every piece of Bridge BUILT is created with the utmost care and attention to detail. Most orders are processed and issued tracking numbers within 40 business days, depending on the products purchased.

Standard (non-custom) orders typically ship within 40 business days.

Custom color orders require additional steps to ensure a high-quality finish. Please allow an additional 20–40 business days beyond the standard lead time for custom color finishes. These extra steps help ensure your equipment arrives looking and performing exactly as intended. We appreciate your patience.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order, as these fees can vary and cannot be calculated by Bridge BUILT.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipments can be tracked directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery, Loss, and Damage

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit prior to delivery, Bridge BUILT will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Customers must notify Bridge BUILT within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery attempt and provide any requested documentation, including photos and descriptions.

Claims for missing items, theft, or package tampering reported after delivery confirmation must be addressed directly with the carrier and/or local authorities. Bridge BUILT is not responsible for loss or theft that occurs after a shipment has been marked as delivered.

Any replacement parts provided in these situations are offered at Bridge BUILT’s sole discretion as a courtesy and do not constitute an admission of fault or liability.
