Bridge BUILT Return Policy
Bridge BUILT accepts returns or exchanges of any unused equipment in condition within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- All items must include original packaging.
- Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping on any return or exchange.
- Any shipping charges incurred from your original online purchase will not be refunded as part of your return or exchange.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund.
- All “Under The Bridge” or any other closeout sales are final.
- All custom equipment sales including custom designed pieces, custom laser-cutting, and custom colors are final.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your your return to be processed or your exchange to be sent.
- If the item you received is defective, Bridge BUILT will replace the item at no additional expense to the customer. (See our full warranty info here)
