Bridge BUILT is confident in the workmanship, quality, and durability of our equipment that we stand behind it 100% with a lifetime warranty.
What is covered?
Any Bridge BUILT product that has a fault in manufacturing, material, functionality, and/or workmanship, which has been purchased directly from us and is in possession of the original purchaser.
Bridge BUILT has taken great care in selecting the highest quality materials, fabrication methods, and coating processes available. In the product development phase, Bridge extensively tests each product in many different conditions to detect and correct any possible deficiencies in construction before production begins. Each product is also inspected very thoroughly before shipping; all to ensure our customers receive the highest quality equipment possible.
Unfortunately no product is indestructible, even though our equipment is pretty dang close, we must exclude the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, hard impacts, abuse, neglect, and user error
- Damage caused by assembly or set up error
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship
- Normal wear and tear
This warranty is void if:
- Any modification or alteration has been made to the product
- The product has been previously repaired
- Non Bridge products were used and resulted in the failure.
Should a product found to be defective by us, in its sole discretion, we will decide to replace the defective item. We are not responsible for any other expenses or damages sustained as a direct consequence.
