Without the need of any tools, the Plate Coaster can be added to any 3x3" rack or rig system adding a plate loaded feature to your pulley in just a matter of seconds. And since the uprights are used as a guide, this eliminates the sway you get from traditional loading pin style pulley systems allowing you to take your pulley exercises to the next level!
